💡 Why do levels change or look different?

Game developers constantly analyze player data and tweak levels to balance difficulty and monetization (making levels harder to sell boosters, or easier if players are quitting).

Sometimes they replace the entire level, but often they just secretly shift a few blocks without changing the level number! Sometimes they swap multiple levels secretly, for example, level 280 → level 225, level 225 → level 234, level 234 → level 230, level 230 → level 235, etc…
